Edgar Gonzalez graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from San Diego State University, where he also earned a minor in Business Management. Edgar has always had a strong interest in the financial services and wealth management industries, with a passion for helping families and individuals work toward their future financial goals. In his role supporting Ryan De La Torre, Edgar has developed experience with Cetera’s workflows and procedures through various workshops and certifications, as well as hands-on experience with Cetera’s technology platforms.
Outside of work, Edgar enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. He began rock climbing in 2025 and has since taken outdoor climbing trips to The Happies in Bishop, California, as well as Red Rock Canyon near Las Vegas. In addition to climbing, he enjoys hiking, running, traveling, and exploring new places
