Eugene brings deep expertise in complex systems, systems engineering and integration, and research and development. With a background in integrated science, technology, and physics, he earned a doctorate in complex information systems from Kobe University, where he studied emergent open systems and nonlinear systems, followed by a second doctorate in engineering from the National Defense Academy of Japan, specializing in complex networks within computer science.
He also brings advanced experience in artificial intelligence from his work at Meta, along with a multicultural perspective and fluency in Japanese. At De La Torre Financial Group, Eugene supports Ryan’s research by analyzing companies, industries, technologies, and global developments through a thoughtful and thorough research process.
